Program Overview
Hosted by UG’s School of Law, this is the first international business law master's program in Georgia, launched in 2016. The curriculum emphasizes practical and comparative perspectives on international arbitration, trade, corporate governance, and cross-border transactions.
The program is enriched with advanced instruction in Legal English through UG’s exclusive TOLES Centre—the only such center in the Caucasus. Classes include simulations, moot courts, and international externships.
