No — each university sets a different application fee for each program. The exact amount is shown on the program's listing page before you apply. You are never charged without seeing the full cost upfront.

Yes, always. The price shown on the program page is all-inclusive: document translation (certified), the EQE (Education Qualification Equivalence) recognition fee, and our service fee are all combined into one amount. There are no separate invoices.

These are optional add-on services. You only pay for them if and when you need them. There is no bundle or package that forces you to buy services you don't require.

Payment is by bank transfer or card. Full account details and a personal payment reference appear once your fee is due; for a transfer you upload the receipt and our team confirms it, usually within one business day. Nothing is payable while your application is still under review.

No. Service fees are a one-time payment and are non-refundable once paid. Because the fee is only due after a university has offered you a place and you have accepted it, you are never paying for an uncertain outcome.

We do everything in our power to ensure your application is complete and strong before submission. In the rare event of a rejection, we advise you on the next steps and alternative options — at no additional charge.

University tuition fees are paid directly to the university and are not part of our service fee. Beyond that, every cost we charge is published in advance. There are no surprise invoices from Admission LLC.
