Caucasus University is a private university established in 2004 from the Caucasus School of Business, whose history began in 1998. Based in Tbilisi, it operates 11 schools and awards bachelor’s, master’s, doctoral and medical doctor qualifications under Georgian law.

Its Tbilisi campus occupies a historic building constructed in 1909 and subsequently restored and equipped for contemporary teaching. University resources listed in the current international-program brochure include a library, innovation and entrepreneurship facilities, computer and specialist laboratories, a media studio, moot court, clinical-skills facilities, and an architecture studio. The university also supports international partnerships, exchange opportunities, research, entrepreneurship, and practice-oriented teaching.
