Tuition, Admission.ge Fees, and Government Costs: What Is Separate?
The phrase “cost of admission” can hide several unrelated payments. A transparent budget separates the university’s charges, Admission.ge services, government fees, third-party work, and personal living expenses. Students should know who receives each payment, what it covers, whether it is refundable, and what evidence they receive.
1. University tuition and institutional charges
Tuition is set by the university for the selected program and academic period. Confirm the annual or semester amount, currency, payment schedule, deposit rules, bank details, refund or deferral terms, and what happens if admission, visa, or arrival is delayed. Some institutional charges may be separate from tuition.

2. Admission.ge service fees
Our fees cover the services stated in the selected package or written agreement. Depending on the package, work can include eligibility and document review, application preparation and submission, university communication, translation coordination, NCEQE recognition support, case tracking, and optional visa, residence, airport, or arrival services.
Admission.ge service fees are not university tuition and are not government charges. The applicant should receive a clear scope, price, payment recipient, and applicable cancellation or refund terms before paying.
3. Georgian government charges
Government bodies publish charges for official procedures such as foreign-education recognition and residence permits. NCEQE and SDA currently offer different processing options on their official pages. Because government prices and timing can change, verify the live page on the payment date and use the official payment method.
4. Third-party document and logistics costs
Other providers may charge for translation, notarization, legalization or apostille, courier delivery, banking, insurance, accommodation, medical checks, photographs, or travel. Admission.ge should identify when a price is an estimate or belongs to another provider. A payment to a translator or landlord is not an Admission.ge or government fee.
5. Personal study and living budget
Plan separately for housing deposits, rent, utilities, food, local transport, phone service, study materials, healthcare, travel, and emergencies. Living costs differ by city, housing type, lifestyle, and exchange rate. Avoid a single guaranteed monthly figure.
Before paying anything
- Confirm the legal name of the recipient and bank account owner.
- Request an invoice, contract, official fee page, or written university instruction.
- Record the currency and any bank or exchange charge.
- Ask what is refundable and under which conditions.
- Do not send tuition to an unrelated personal account.
- Keep receipts and link each payment to its purpose.
Our transparency commitment
Admission.ge prepares a case-specific cost map showing verified tuition, our service scope, the current government charges our team rechecks before payment, and likely third-party items. We do not label every payment as “tuition” or promise that an external fee cannot change. Final charges remain controlled by the university, authority or provider receiving them.
Apply through Admission.ge and let our team prepare the process
Choose a program and apply through our platform. We turn the selected university’s requirements into a clear checklist, review your file, prepare the included steps, submit through our official partner channel, and keep you informed from application to arrival.
Admission documents, prepared and checked
We prepare the university application, check documents against the selected program’s current requirements, arrange certified translation, handle the EQE recognition filing, communicate with the university, and track the application.
Visa and residence-document support
When purchased and applicable, our visa service prepares the case checklist, reviews documents before submission, explains the responsible consular procedure, follows progress, and helps answer additional-document requests. TRC support is available separately after arrival.
Arrival and ongoing student support
Optional airport pickup and TRC assistance are available. We also provide accommodation guidance, bank-account guidance, subject-registration help, and continuing support during your studies.
Our review is a professional completeness and quality check against the information available for your case. Universities and Georgian or foreign authorities make all admission, recognition, visa, residence, border-entry, and professional-licensing decisions; no outcome is guaranteed.
