Documents for Bachelor’s and One-Cycle Applicants in Georgia
International applicants to bachelor's and one-cycle programs should build their file around the selected university's current checklist and the applicable Georgian procedure. No single internet checklist is valid for every applicant or program. The safest method is to separate core identity and education documents from items requested only in a particular case.
Core identity document
Prepare a clear, valid passport copy. All names, dates of birth, document numbers, and transliterations should be consistent across the application. If an agent or another authorized person files a government application, the competent authority may require a notarized power of attorney.
Previous education documents
For first-cycle entry, the key academic evidence is normally the document showing completion of full general education or its equivalent, together with its transcript, grade sheet, or supplement where issued. Submit complete pages, stamps, signatures, and reverse sides. Do not edit scans or hide information.
NCEQE's recognition guidance identifies educational certificates and their supplements or official transcripts as relevant educational documents. The authority verifies authenticity and evaluates compatibility; Admission.ge cannot replace that official determination.
Georgian translation and notarization
NCEQE states that foreign-language documents submitted for its recognition service must be translated into Georgian and the translation notarized. Translation requirements for the university's own preliminary review may differ. Applicants should prepare the correct version for the receiving body instead of ordering unnecessary copies.
Admission.ge can inspect the scan set, create a translation list, and coordinate certified translation and notarization through appropriate providers. We will flag unreadable stamps, incomplete pages, and spelling differences before submission.
University and program-specific evidence
The selected university may require an application form, photograph, language interview or certificate, subject results, consent forms, medical information, or other program-specific material. Medicine, dentistry, architecture, and other programs may apply different academic or assessment rules. Do not assume a science-subject rule or a particular English certificate applies universally.
Admission.ge provides the current, program-specific admission requirements and prepares the applicant’s personal checklist.
Documents created during the process
Some documents do not exist at the beginning. Depending on the route, these can include university written consent, a recognition decision, a decision granting the right to enroll without national examinations, and the university's final enrollment or admission documents. Keep each document with its official reference number and date.
Before submission: quality-control checklist
- Passport is valid and completely legible.
- Names and dates match across all documents.
- Certificate and transcript or supplement are complete.
- Required translations and notarizations are attached to the correct originals.
- Program name, degree level, and language are correct.
- The university-specific checklist has been confirmed recently.
- No altered, recreated, or unsupported document is included.
How Admission.ge supports the file
Applicants using our service can receive document pre-checking, a personalized missing-item list, translation coordination, application preparation and submission, university communication, recognition-filing assistance where included, and case tracking. We can also prepare the document set used for optional visa support after the appropriate admission documents are issued.
Our review reduces avoidable errors, but only the university and competent authorities decide whether a document and application are accepted.
Apply through Admission.ge and let our team prepare the process
Choose a program and apply through our platform. We turn the selected university’s requirements into a clear checklist, review your file, prepare the included steps, submit through our official partner channel, and keep you informed from application to arrival.
Admission documents, prepared and checked
We prepare the university application, check documents against the selected program’s current requirements, arrange certified translation, handle the EQE recognition filing, communicate with the university, and track the application.
Visa and residence-document support
When purchased and applicable, our visa service prepares the case checklist, reviews documents before submission, explains the responsible consular procedure, follows progress, and helps answer additional-document requests. TRC support is available separately after arrival.
Arrival and ongoing student support
Optional airport pickup and TRC assistance are available. We also provide accommodation guidance, bank-account guidance, subject-registration help, and continuing support during your studies.
Our review is a professional completeness and quality check against the information available for your case. Universities and Georgian or foreign authorities make all admission, recognition, visa, residence, border-entry, and professional-licensing decisions; no outcome is guaranteed.
