Established in 2011, IBSU’s Economics program delivers a high‑quality curriculum taught in English (and Georgian). Courses cover macro‑ and microeconomic theory, monetary and fiscal policy analysis, international economics, and modeling. Students also learn to critically evaluate global economic trends and Georgia’s national economy, gaining both theoretical tools and practical skills in econometrics and data analysis. The program blends classroom learning with independent projects, case studies, and applied research to develop analytical decision‑makers who meet international standards.
