Over the past 16 years ISU has been growing and evolving gradually. Currently, the University encompasses 4 faculties, 76 research centers and institutes spread across the country, an academic community of over 1400 professionals, and serves approximately 17000 students, with over 700 international students among them.
Coupled with its highly qualified academic and administrative professionals and modernized research facilities in Tbilisi and in the regions of Georgia, ISU has become one of the most preferred choice universities for students and faculty members today.
